We have a wide array of equipment to satisfy your needs. Utilizing high-speed, high quality Komori presses, Mulligan Printing has the machine to provide cost effective solutions. Start out with our two-color 13 x 17. Graduate to one of our five-color 28-inch format presses. As you move up to the 40-inch format you can take advantage of multiple two or five color machines. We can cut, perforate, score, fold, drill, collate, saddle stitch, side stitch, punch, unfold, glue, attach, in-sert, on-sert , tab-seal, label, paper-band, shrink-wrap, gather and poly-bag, all in-house. Multiple auto jogging, auto spacing, robotic like paper cutters ensure accurate finished sizes. Five high-speed MBO folders ranging from 15 x 26 to 42 x 58 inches, incorporating inline gate folding, Roto-Crease® scoring and hot or cold glue provide a wide array of folding and gluing options. Bind it together using one of our multiple saddle stitchers, including inline scoring cover-feeders and punching. Attach your business card, disk, CD or sample pack to the inside or outside of your job using our dual auto-attacher. Wrap it all up using our high-speed conveyor-fed shrink-wrap machine with its thin package "lay-flat" heat tunnel. Gather it with other products, poly-bag and label the finished package ready for distribution to your customer. This all happens in-house. |
